木曜、恒例のランチ会。

 

 

今日は麻婆豆腐の予定が、挽き肉と豆腐の麻婆風ギトギト炒めに。

 

 

失敗の要因↓

 

 

①２パックの牛挽き肉から放出された大量の油。ギトギト。

 

 

②IHヒーターの火力が弱く、油が飛ばない。カスカス。

 

 

これは、社長に相談して新しい機材を購入しよう。

 

 

「もっと、美味しいものが食べたいでしょ？？」

 

 

これで決まりだ！！！
