ダイエットを初めて３週間が経過しました。

 

 

当初は落ちなかった体重もみるみる落ち、目標まで残り1.5kgとなった。

 

 

これはいけるね！

 

 

みんなもどうやって痩せてきてるか知りたいでしょ！？

 

 

①アルコールを止めたこと。前からよかった、寝起きが更によくなりました。

 

 

②運動すること。朝３０分/夜３０分のジョギングは間違いなく成果が出るね。走る習慣がついたこと。これが何より良かった。この調子でマラソン大会にも出場しちゃおう！

 

 

③マテ茶。バイト先にあるグリーン　マテ茶。今までマテ茶を飲んだことはなかったが、飲んで驚き。すごくおいしい。

＊マテ茶は、飲むサラダっていうらしいです。

 

 

ダイエット生活も残り、１週間。最後まで気を抜かず「おいしい寿司」を妄想しながら突き進みます！！
